RESPIRATORY THERAPY RESIDENCY PROGRAM

St. Peter’s Health Partners offers the only Respiratory Therapy Residency Program in upstate New York.

The yearlong residency provides structured orientation, clinical training, mentorship, and professional development for new graduates and early-career Respiratory Therapists.

Program highlights include:

  • 12-month structured transition-to-practice model
  • Rotations in general respiratory care, critical care, and NICU
  • Procedural training and certifications
  • Monthly educational seminars and workshops
  • Cohort-based mentorship and support
