St. Peter’s Health Partners is a member of the Roswell Park Care Network 


St. Peter’s Health Partners Medical Oncology is now a member of the Roswell Park Care Network, affording our patients access to a nationally designated comprehensive cancer center.  

St. Peter’s has long been recognized for providing high-quality oncology services - including outpatient chemotherapy and immunotherapy, surgical consultations, and second opinions.  

Partnering with Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center builds upon this strong foundation, allowing us to offer patients and providers:  

  • Increased access to innovative treatments, clinical trials and advanced diagnostics
  • Enhanced personalization of care through guideline-driven clinical pathways  
  • Expanded network of specialized cancer expertise 
     

Roswell Park’s NCI-Designation 

Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is the nation’s first cancer center, founded in 1898, and Upstate New York’s only National Cancer Institute (NCI)-designated comprehensive cancer center.  

The Roswell Park Care Network is the most expansive community-based cancer care affiliation in the region, spanning Western, Central, and Upstate New York.  

As the only network led by a NCI-designated comprehensive cancer center, the Roswell Park Care Network provides its members with access to clinical trials, genomic and genetic testing, prevention and screening programs, and Roswell Park’s Clinical Pathways — a set of national standards guiding evidence-based, personalized cancer treatment planning.  

Our Goal  
Through this partnership, we aim to expand on the excellent care already delivered at St. Peter’s by enhancing care coordination, introducing additional subspecialty resources, and creating streamlined access to emerging therapies and clinical trials.  

Most importantly, this collaboration reinforces our shared mission to ensure every patient receives timely, compassionate, and cutting-edge cancer care — close to home.
