Live Your Whole LIfe Colleague Well-being Initiative

Are you a colleague who would benefit from:

  • Obtaining a new primary care doctor?
  • Help coordinating health care services or needs for you or your family members?
  • Learning more about chronic diseases you may suffer from (i.e., heart failure, diabetes, etc.)?
  • Connection to community resources for:
    • Extra food?
    • Help with bills?
    • Mental health services?
  • Affording your prescriptions?

If so, the colleague health plan nurse case manager and social worker can help with these and so many other services.

Take a Moment to be Mindful

Try these brief activities to reset your mind.

  • Yawn and stretch for 10 seconds every hour.
  • For one minute, repeat "May I be happy, may I be well, may I be filled with kindness and peace."
  • When eating food, slow down, savor it, and smile between bites.
  • Stop and name 3 things you are grateful for.
  • Breathe in, and know you are breathing in, breathe out, and know you are breathing out, do this 5 times.
