I forgot the Nurses name. But she also was professional and respectful too.
Julie was so prepared for my visit. I truly was in distress, she knew my medical background, asked all the right questions, contacted the Insurance Company for approval, contacted Nurse Lisa and secured services for me. Julie accompanied me to Lisa, made sure everything was ready and I literally shed some tears of relief and appreciation. So late in the workday and these ladies took care to make sure all my treatment was in order, my next appointment was scheduled, and I had all the information I needed for the next six months. You had to be in my shoes to know what these Ladies did, how things were handled and their kindness. Yesterday was a horrible day for me, and your staff turned everything around and I left the practice, in far better shape than when I arrived.
