Had such a positive experience with Dr Chang who is clearly a top expert in his field. He explained everything so I could fully understand my condition and what I had been through, putting me at ease despite my complicated, serious and rare case. His clear explanations, thoughtful next steps, and compassionate approach made me feel confident and reassured under his care. His entire team—from the receptionist to the MA and nurse—was genuinely kind, welcoming, and helpful. This was a follow up appointment for surgery I had back in the summer. Dr Chang reviewed my test results and provided me with detailed information on my recovery and future tests. Any questions or concerns were answered, I never felt rushed.
