Simply said, she is terrific.
In addition to what I said in my earlier remarks, I especially appreciated that Katelyn compassionately kept in mind the fact that we had driven 130 miles from Saranac Lake to keep this appointment. She made a special effort to ensure that the long trip would not be (as I had feared) just a routine Consultation that would then require more such long trips for the next steps. Getting everything I needed done in one visit was beyond my wildest expectations.

I should have been asked to leave a specimen for a culture before I left - at least at checkout. Or the nurse could have brought in a cup before I left the exam room.
