She takes her time with each patient and really listens to your concerns.

Dr Kopff concentrates on me and my issues when I meet with her. She explains any meds I am taking or what meds she recommends and explains my options. When she comes into the room she has already reviewed my file and knows my medical history and what my goals are for the future. I feel comfortable with her recommendations because she explains the pro and cons of anything she is recommending. I have full confidence in her.

Dr Kopff reviews her medical notes on me prior to my appointment. That's obvious. She remembers my medical history. She treats me with compassion and is willing to take the time to discuss my concerns and provide guidance. Beside being knowledgeable she is friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Kopff is a wonderful doctor. She listened carefully to all of my concerns, and offered detailed explained all of my questions in ways that I could understand. She set up a follow-up blood test and set me on a path to better health. She did not rush me, or try to move me out before I had asked all of my questions. I wanted my daughter, who is transitioning from her pediatrician, to go to Dr. Kopff; but sadly, she cannot accept new patients at the moment.
