Dr. Cruz is very professional and knowledgeable and at the same time very approachable. I trust her knowledge and care of her patients.
She’s been my primary care doctor almost 10 years. I travel 122 miles round-trip to see her every other month. I’m on a controlled substance medication and have to see her monthly. Six appointments are virtual and six are in person. I would not want to have any other primary care doctor. Take care of my medical needs. Dr. Cruz is the best.

I have been going to Dr.Cruz after her father retired and Trust her COMPLETELY!!Dr. Cruz found a heart mur mur in me in 2024 I had to see a Heart Specialist and had to have my heart valve repaired it was leaking!! I had no PAIN before surgery or after surgery Dr. Phillip was very Good. One week at St.Peters in Albany. I got a NEW LIFE!!

I love Dr. Cruz. She has been one of the best medical doctors I have ever seen in my 64 years of life. I never want to lose her as my primary care doctor. I drive over 122 miles round-trip just to see her. I also like the fact that during the winter months when my car is in storage and I cannot drive. She will still see me virtually which I really appreciate because I am disabled and alone and don’t have anyone to drive me to see her. She is outstanding.
