Dr. Wind neglected to to shake my hand. Looked at his laptop and said, "This was supposed to be an hour long visit. He repeated this statement 2-3 times. I understand his frustration; however, he had the choice to look at my info prior to entering the room. His manner showed he was upset and unhappy. I am the patient, not the schedulerwas obviously
