I had been w/another well-known female physician in Albany for over 15yrs who retired. I was despondent thinking I couldn't find another MD as competent and thorough! I have been so blessed to have Dr. Balaraman as my physician. She is as good if not better than my GP who retired. Dr. Balaraman is very thorough, explains everything and LISTENS...all of which are most important to me in my MDs, esp my GP.

The doctor nurses and other staff were fantastic. When the doctor was done she sent in a nurse and aide to take care of an issue I was dealing with. They were kind and efficient and handled it in a very quick way.

I find Dr. Balaraman to listen very carefully when I explain some health concerns and she always provides her opinion and they are steps I can follow. She explains and gives information I did not know which helps me stay in the best health I possibly can. She's an excellent provider. Her listening abilities really make her exceptional.
