Dr. Castellano is obviously a brilliant physician, but at the same time, he took a few moments to tell me about some mutually interesting activities he enjoyed at Lake George with his family.

Dr. Castellano treats me like a friend and not a patient. He is kind, and caring and explains things clearly and then takes the time to listen to what I have to say or what I am concerned about. So very appreciative of him!

Dr. Castellano is personable, pleasant, attentive, and very thorough. I trust him and feel any patient of his is in very capable hands. Although this was my first visit with him as a patient, I have accompanied an elderly friend a few other times. He remembered me AND my friend's name, asked how she is doing, and sent her his regards. I have always felt that my friend (and now, myself) had his full and undivided attention.

Dr Castellano was very pleasant, personable and Knowledgeable .Although this was our first meeting Dr. Castellano was extremely well versed regarding my health records. It was a great experience and I am very pleased that my previous provider, Dr. Vakiener, left me in the hands of the very capable Dr. Castellano
