Dr. Vaval was very late due to other complex patients before me. As such, the appointment seemed rushed. However, I like Dr. Vaval very much. He is thorough and explains things clearly.

Through no fault of his.he was delayed one hour. So, I had to wait. I really wanted the visit at the Albany office but it would had been more than the time he wanted to see me again, so I had to go to Clifton Park.
Visit did seem hurried and this is not the first time, I understand workloads but...

The office was very busy. After the nurse checked my meds, took my BP, etc. it was 30 min. before Doctor came in! told me I was doing good, BP was good, etc. It's been over a year since I've seen him, usually an EKG has been done?? I guess Doctor was happy with what he had done & I'm good.

I never feel rushed during my appointment. I feel like Dr Vaval wants to make sure that they understand everything before I walk out that door we鈥檙e all on the same page and he takes as much time as is necessary to assure that.
