The ASV he wrote on my chart made it seem that he spent so much time going over things me . I was not in that office more than 5 mnts. He made me feel like i was not important and my reason for being there was a waste of time. And his summary was based on his assumptions not what we briefly discussed.
Need to do better on maintaining timely appointments. Waiting an hour plus past your scheduled appt time is unacceptable. My appointment took almost 2 hours and I saw the nurse and provider for 20 minutes combined at best.
I know I'm in good hands with Dr. Vaval. He has a very caring manner and allows you to ask questions about your health.
I feel like I’m heard and he listens and explains everything so I understand.
I continue to be impressed by the kind demeanor and professional guidance that Dr. Vaval upholds. I never feel like I am rushed or unheard. He always takes the time to thoroughly look at whole health and explain how that ties into heart health.

Rest room access was not consistent with sternum care protocol.. Doors required pushing and pulling.
I forgot to mention a symptom to him during my visit, so I sent an email about it through the portal. He and his nurse followed up promptly.

Through no fault of his.he was delayed one hour. So, I had to wait. I really wanted the visit at the Albany office but it would had been more than the time he wanted to see me again, so I had to go to Clifton Park.
