When he showed up for the test, he was courteous and professional, but getting to that point took a while.

I've only met with Dr. Russo a few times, once during my emergency visit during my cardiac event and a few follow ups. Every time he took time to explain things thoroughly, listened to my questions, and respected my concerns. His bedside manner is excellent. I'm disappointed he's leaving but understand. His future practice is lucky to have him.
