Important Information for Patients with CDPHP Health Insurance
St. Peter’s Health Partners and CDPHP have reached an agreement in principle on a new contract that will allow St. Peter’s Health Partners to remain in CDPHP’s network.
St. Peter’s Health Partners will continue to provide in-network access for all CDPHP members while both parties work to finalize the agreement. Patients may continue to receive care from St. Peter’s Health Partners hospitals, clinics, and physicians as usual.
We encourage everyone to stay up to date on the status of our relationship with CDPHP through this website or our patient hotline at 518-219-0660.
All patients with CDPHP insurance should continue to schedule appointments with SPHP. Your care remains intact while we finalize our agreement. Call your provider’s office to schedule appointments.

Q: I have a CDPHP health plan. What does this mean for me?
A: All patients (CDPHP members) can continue receiving care at St. Peter’s Health Partners as usual while we work to finalize our agreement with CDPHP. Patients should keep informed through sphp.com/cdphp.

A: St. Peter’s Health Partners and CDPHP have reached an agreement in principle on a new contract that will allow St. Peter’s Health Partners to remain in CDPHP’s network.

A: Our previous agreements expired effective January 1, 2026.
We now have an agreement in principle with CDPHP which extends in-network access to St. Peter’s Health Partners hospitals, clinics, and providers while we work towards a final agreement.
