Schyler took the time to listen to me and answer my questions. She was very personable and professional.
It is refreshing to go to a provider who sees and hears you. Just doesn't dismiss any issues or concerns that you may have. Especially as a woman, this is very important.

I felt Schuyler Smith did everything right. Looked at my blood test results and went from there. She was easy to talk with and very nice.However, Because I am a relatively a new patient, (this is only the second time we met) I would have liked her to get to know me a little bit e.g. my family, or my workAlthough she did ask me if I had anything I wanted to discuss, she did not bring upthings that happened to me while she was on Maternity leave e.g. a broken ankle, a memory glitch. It seemed like she did not look at my records before she came in. Its quite possible she did not have time.
She didn't pooh pooh my concerns about my health condition like other physicians have.

My annual wellness physical exam was perfect . We did the breast exam an EKG and Al’s got my pre and shot the only thing we missed this year was the urine analysis . Which cussed me to have to go to a separate lab and that was a bit of an inconvenience . I made a note for next year to make sure that I take care of it at the practice /office. Check in and check out were excellent . The convenience of the practice location and ease of parking access is number one . Schyler deserves recognition as well as the entire staff/team.
Schyler has been great to work with. When my doctor retired (Dr. Trout), I was assigned to Schyler who has maintained an exceptional level of professionalism that I had experienced with Dr. Trout for which I am grateful.
