Sarah asked detailed questions and took the time to listen. She allowed me to not feel rushed - what a pleasure! Sarah typed quickly on the computer and was able to find my past reports and documents easily, and clarified a few questions that I had. on my past reports. Sarah is refreshing and a delight!

Tammy was out ill so Sarah took care of me. I had not read my phone message so I arrived not knowing Tammy was out. The office staff quickly made arrangement for me to see Sarah even though it was mt error. What a great experience.
