Dr. Phillip did an excellent job at explaining to my wife and I what was happening to my heart and the proposed surgical procedure that she is recommending to fix the issue. She explained every step from pre-op to recovery and answered all of our questions.

Dr Phillip was compassionate and took concerns very seriously. She explained exactly what was going on with my condition, how it may have occurred, and best options to treat. Could not ask for a better physician.

Our meeting with the surgeon took 45 minutes where she spent time detailing my case and the surgical approach proposed, carefully listened to our concerns and offered her opinions to help reduce the anxiety.

Dr Phillips is an incredible cardiac surgeon. She is very skilled and knowledgeable at all levels of her profession. She is willing to answer all questions and concerns I had with great compassion. I spent 18 years of a 43 year law enforcement career as a Sr. Medical Fraud Misconduct Investigator with the Nysdoh. During that time I conducted many quality assurance reviews. Doctor Phillips is above reproach and should be considered a great asset to her field I am alive because if her. Many thanks.rs
