Olivia Martinez was thorough, compassionate, and very easy to talk with. She demonstrated excellent listening skills and made me feel comfortable discussing my concerns. I appreciated the time she took to ensure everything was clearly explained and that my questions were answered. Overall, it was a very positive experience.

This was my first appt with Olivia and I was so comfortable talking to her from the time we said hello until my appt was finished. What a great addition to this practice who's staff from check-in to check-out is fantastic.
