My first time with NP Hendershot and I loved her. She really listened and assured me when I brought up a concern I was having. I followed messitt for years from office to office and was upset when I learned he was leaving. I wish I had known this NP was at this practice before my recent visit. I would have switched before I had to due to his leaving.
I hope that I will be able to see Lauren Hendershot for many years. It's important for me, as an older patient, to have consistency in my medical care.
Lauren had her nurse call me to see if I had received her message( which I never did see)to ask me some follow up questions concerning my tests results. I appreciated that and I hope I'll learn how to navigate the portal better.
