She always makes me feel comfortable and relax and she always asking me about any latest development in my health and that I can always call in her if I have a problem and that makes me feel comfortable and relaxing and knowing that she still cares for you away from work and I couldn鈥檛 be happier having a more caring compassionate person like her and am very happy to have her as my doctor because am nervous coming there but when I see her she put my mind at ease and I go home feeling better than When I came in she calm my nerves

She explained everything to me and listened to what I had to say. She is the kind doctor I needed. She also changed my medications to minimize what I need to take.I really appreciate her.

She litsen to me and understand and explain why my head was hurting and she saw me coughing hard and ask if I need some water and got me some and that help a lot and she was kind and gentle with the blood pressure monitor and it did not hurt so all amazing she was amazing and kind

I really appreciated the way Kerstin listened to me, many providers don鈥檛. She is also very thorough, Kerstin called me the next day and asked me to return to the ER because my labs were off.

She cares for me not just like am her patient but as a person who really care about you and I always look forward to coming back to see her am nervous when I get I get there but she make me feel comfortable and relax and assure me that It is ok her assistant robin is all very caring and helpful and she also goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable I couldn鈥檛 asked for 2 more nicer kinder caring loving compassionate person
