Professional and Kind

At the age of 72 I found myself in the uncomfortable position of needing to find a new PCP. I was a bit intimidated by this undertaking. I chose Dr. France blindly (although my experiences with St. Peters have all been positive- so not completely blind.). I liked Dr. France from the first few minutes of meeting him. He is clearly "UpToDate," in his knowledge of medicine. But also, and very important for me, he is extremely personable. He is very generous with his time. Listens carefully and explains thoroughly. I am very pleased with how my PCP search has worked. out.

He reviewed my past records in detail which made me feel like he went that extra mile to get to know my history and that he cared. Great start! This helped me connect with him. He took the time to explain the processes, he did not rush through me, and this again made me more comfortable with him. Post visit he updated my charts quickly. I would highly recommend, he has been great!
