Assured me about my healthcare
i started with Dr. Bishop as my cardiologist 4 years ago, since then I've only seen him twice, all my other appointments have been with PA's which was ok because i felt a couple were quite satisfactory, however i did not feel this way about my last two appointments. I have no complaints about the medical assistants, the receptionists, and the staff in general who treated with kindness and courtesy
She eased my emotions and improved my day with her supportive words and encouragement regarding my health. I left in a more positive frame of mind and a new script which already seems to help.
In fairness, this was a short visit - just a pre-op clearance; so I was in and out in a very short time.

I was amazed about how quickly Kelsey and Doctor Volo scheduled labs and diagnostic testing in order to get to the root of my issues. Doctor Volo actually called me at home on a Saturday afternoon to check in with me. He also advised me about physical limitations prior to testing.
