I appreciated John's willingness to listen actively and provide meaningful cardiac health information. John was patient and offered personal history regarding his nursing career that was at the same time relevant and reassuring. John was thorough in discussing test results, medications and ongoing treatment plan.

Came for surgical sign off at 'Walk in' clinic. Check staff did not advise wait time would be over 90 minutes.Report was well prepared.

I could tell he was juggling a lot, but he maintained focus on my needs ,answered all my questions and got me out in a very reasonable timeframe.
It was very patient and understanding as I rushed in there to have a preop before surgery that was just scheduled in two weeks and I could not get into my own cardiologist to have that done

John was excellent! He took the time to explain my condition in laymen's terms, what I needed to do, my action plan and also provided me with critical information that my PCP has failed to communicate to me over the last 3-4 years of choosing her, since my previous PCP of 30 years retired. I wished I could have John as my PCP, he was thorough, intelligent and most of all did not leave the room until he was sure I was comfortable and had ALL the details I needed. I can not say enough positive things about this man. In 20+ years and since my previous PCP retired he is in the top 5% of providers I have seen in terms of EVERYTHING: Professionalism, knowledge, empathy and understanding. He was not like all your other MDs who, I'm an sure by no fault of their own are MANDATED by St. Peters to see 5 patients per hour. We all know what goes on here, its no secret and St. Peters acts the MOST unethically of all the providers!
