As always, an excellent visit. Carah is a wonderful, very skilled health care professional, who engages me in with first class professionalism in all of our encounters.
She talked with me about treating me with injections that will bring the elevated PSA down after the pev test.
Meeting with Cara was a great experience. She answered all my questions, was very personable and honest about my situation. I felt she had the medical knowledge to lead me in the right direction. She discussed my potential surgery with Dr. Marshall who called me that very afternoon whom also answered my many questions. Albany Med Urology couldn’t even see me until the end of November! They got me in to see Cara within 4 days if calling. St. Peter’s Urology is a very responsive practice and I feel I will be in good hands for my upcoming kidney surgery.

It's hard to put into words, how good the office staff, medical assistants & Carah are. But having been referred 3 years ago to another Urology Group where the office staff, medical assistants & NP were hugely disorganized & lacking in common sense, your Urology group is exactly the opposite of what I experienced for 3 years, I know that there may be a time that I'll get some difficult news, but I will definitely trust Carah to make the accurate Dx. & provide a plan of care!
