He was very good explaining what was going on what would be my next step ask lots of questions concerning my complaint pointed out some things that I could do on my own and to make sure I keep up with my appointment and note times I experience discomfort
I went there very wigged out. Going to a new doctor and not knowing what to expect is not my comfort zone.After 10-15 minutes i was relaxed

He explained everything to my understanding did optimal testing to double check everything that was going on with me at the time and explained everything clearly in the end. Very nice but always very late. Usually 45 minutes late to a 8:30-9:30 appointment. I don鈥檛 understand why they are running so late for only a few appointments in for the day.

Ian Sherman has a nice, calm approach when discussing a very difficult, stressful diagnosis. He always spends a generous amount of time with us and we don鈥檛 feel like he is pushing us out the door. He also has gotten back to me within an hour after my phone call with concerns.
So glad we had him. Knows how to talk to family and make them (me) more comfortable about what going on with my mom
