He clearly explained what he (and I) were seeing as he examined my bladder. I particularly liked the explanation of what I was seeing as he worked. He was nice and followed through with a scope to check her bladder but seemed confused as to why providers at St. Peter's thought she needed to be seen. We have a follow up to talk about Botox so I was grateful for that. His medical staff could have been more helpful to me with my Mom who is handicap.
