Hannah was outstanding! Meeting her for the first time I felt like I knew her forever.
She answers all your questions and listens to any concerns.
It was the second time I saw Hannah. She is reassuring and very calming. She takes the time to explain the procedure and the process she would be using to drain the fluid. Let me also add a great sense of humor.

Well in my case, I have had previously health care experience with Hannah Gregg. Because she had previously worked for St.Mary's Healthcare in Amsterdam, N.Y.. However prior to going to see her for my first appointment at St. Peter's Hospital Breast Surgery Healthcare, I was not aware that I would be seeing a health care worker from my county facility.. But in my opinion, that is definitely a very good thing. Because of having a previously established patient/Healthcare Provider relationship it not only makes me feel much more comfortable. Plus the fact that Hannah Gregg has previously knowledge about some of my health history. And some of my past medical care. Well that is very beneficial to her job, and for her treating me.
She was very good at explaining everything and making sure I felt safe, comfortable, and understood.
I was very comfortable with her and felt good about how she handled my breast infection.
