WNYT aired a story on a donation to the St. Peter’s ALS Regional Center, made by two young sisters from Massachusetts.
The sisters, ages 9 and 7, raised more than $6,000 from a lemonade stand held at their grandparents’ house in Loudonville. The girls donated the money in memory of their grandmother, Sandy Carman, who was a patient of the center. Sandy died in 2023 from complications of ALS.
