Declan Charles Cruz Carman, St. Peter’s Hospital’s 3,000th delivery of 2019, was the Times Union’s “Your Best Shot” on December 22, 2019.

Carman was born on December 17, setting a new record for the largest number of babies born in one year at the hospital.
