Albany Business Review: Health system signs lease for Latham space, plans expansion

The Albany Business Review reported on the future move of St. Peter’s Orthopedics to the Capital Region Health Park, part of a larger plan to create a one-stop-shop location for medical care in Latham.

St. Peter’s Health Partners is moving its orthopedics practice in Latham to the Capital Region Health Park less than 3 miles away, filling a big chunk of the largely empty medical office complex.
St. Peter’s Orthopedics will move from 1182 Troy-Schenectady Road (Route 7) to 713 Troy-Schenectady Road, filling about 45,000 square feet.
The practice has eight providers, including six medical doctors and two advanced practitioners, and 20 support staff. A ninth provider is scheduled to join in August.
