Our experienced surgeons have been serving the greater Troy community for more than 20 years. Troy Surgical Associates offers a full range of general and thoracic surgery: (minimally invasive and open), including thyroid, thoracic, breast and abdominal procedures. Our surgeons are experienced in up-to-date management of benign and malignant breast disease, as well as minimally invasive approaches to gallbladder, stomach, and small bowel and colon problems, both benign and malignant, and hernia repair.

We provide port placements for chemotherapy and venous access needs, as well as the management of hemodialysis access, including AV fistula creation, dialysis catheter placement and maintenance.

Our practice recognizes coming to a surgical office can be stressful, so our patients and families are met with a kind, courteous, professional staff. We offer in-house laboratory services and patients have a direct line to our nurses for any surgical questions they may have. General surgeons perform surgeries at Samaritan and St. Mary’s Campus; our thoracic surgeon performs surgeries at Samaritan, St. Mary’s Campus and Albany Memorial hospitals.

The office is conveniently located in the medical office building adjacent to the Samaritan Hospital campus, with access to the CDTA bus line. Valet parking is offered during the current parking garage construction project.
