Located in Walmart Plaza on Route 4 in Rensselaer, Family Medical Group offers a comprehensive range of primary health care services, including pediatric exams (well-baby and well-child checkups, school, camp and sports physicals); adolescent medicine; routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions such as diabetes; preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations; and preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening and promotion of a healthy lifestyle.

The practice also provides diabetes and endocrinology care; diabetes education; and orthopedics, urology, neurology and psychological services.
