Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center is proud to be part of St. Peter's Health Partners, a non-profit health system which is licensed as a co-operator of our skilled nursing residence. SPHP's parent, Trinity Health, is licensed as a co-co-operator. Both also provide us with administrative services.
Our partners/vendors: As a facility that receives Medicare and Medicaid funding, we want to be transparent regarding which companies we contract with to provide good and services. Currently, at least 90% of the money the St. Peter's Health Partners' nursing homes spend with vendors is spent with five companies: 3M, Cardinal Medical Products, Ecolab Healthcare, Medline Industries, Nova Biomedical and Smith+Nephew. All of these vendors supply personal protective equipment (PPE) for staff and/or medical and personal care products for our residents.
Room Rates: As of March 1, 2026, our rates are as follows:
$537 or $542 per day for a private room in long-term care (depending on the unit)
$511 or $522 per day for a semiprivate room in long-term care (depending on the unit)
**Room rates DO NOT include applicable New York State Assessment Tax.
Ownership: Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center is proud to be part of St. Peter’s Health Partners, a non-profit health system which is licensed as a co-operator of our skilled nursing residence. Landlord: Eddy Memorial Geriatric Center/St. Peter’s Health Partners owns our building and property. We do not rent or lease; we do not have a landlord.
Vendors: This is a current list of all the vendors with whom we contract to provide us with goods or services. We update this within 30 days of executing any new agreement or contract.
